Terms & Conditions & Cancellation

Arrival:

• Rooms are available from 14:00
• Food as part of the half board is available until 21:00
• If you plan to arrive later, we can also provide a choice of a cold meal or a small warm meal. Please let us know if you are planning to arrive late.

Departure:

• Please check out of your rooms by 11:00.

Liability:

• The guest is liable for any damage caused in your room during your stay due to improper conduct. Parents are responsible for their children. Guests are also liable for any damage to property due to improper conduct in the public areas of the hotel.

Drinks Consumption:

• The consumption of drinks brought to the hotel is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.
  

Cancellation, later arrival or earlier departure:

• In order to avoid any cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with the "Europäische Versicherung" - because you never know what might happen.
  
• When making a cancellation please inform us in writing.
  
• Please note that later arrival or earlier departure will also be treated as a cancellation. All nights will be charged with full price if we are unable to sell ypur room to other guests.
  
• Cancellation up to 4 weeks before your arrival is free of charge, with the exception of Christmas and New Year - on these dates cancellation is free only if you notify us up to 8 weeks before arrival.
  
• For a guaranteed reservation we kindly ask for a deposit of 15% of the whole price of the reservation to be paid within 48h. If we do not receive a deposit the room will be offered to other guests. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or Paypal
  
  
• In case of a cancellation 4 weeks prior to your arrival the deposit will not be paid back.
  
  
• Beauty treatments and massages can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the appointment, otherwise any costs for treatments will be due should the appointment not be filled by another guest. Appointment amendments or treatment changes are possible free of charge and at any time subject to availability.

Pets:

• A charge of € 15 per night without food (only possible when you inform us when making your reservation)
• We are happy to offer you a room on the ground floor with access to nature. In consideration of those with allergies, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant and spa areas.

Prices:

• All earlier price lists lose their validity with the publication of a new price list. Errors excepted!
